Welcome to our cozy yet luxurious attic home. If majestic views, arty decor, and retro chic are your vibe then this homestay is for you. It is a perfect combination of art and luxury while being super comfortable. This is the most luxurious offering from Shimla Gypsy. Placed on the top of our house with a 360° and sky view, it has all the comfort of a mountain house to offer, amidst nature.
The space Shimla Gypsy's Attic Suite is on the topmost floor of the house. It is 10 to 12 minutes walking distance from 'The Mall road'. It's placed in a green belt zone, hence the neighbourhood is either old houses or beautiful Deodar jungles. Inclusions: # Kitchen with basic condiments + water filter + cooking stove + Toaster + Refridgerator + pots & pans 24/7 hot water both in kitchen & washroom. # Attatched washroom with fresh towels + Bathing soap + hand wash + toothbrush + toothpowder + hairdryer + toilet roll + bamboo toothbrushes # A dedicated study corner with a desk & chair + study lamp + reading material + basic stationary # The room is equipped with a dedicated temperature control heating unit for chilly winters. # An electric blanket is already placed on the bed to make it warm and cozy for you. (Recommendation: Do not leave the blanket on for too long while sleeping as it may cause skin rashes and other issues) # Low-height bed with a 12" inches-thick orthopedic, memory foam mattress covered with premium cotton linens and hypoallergenic pillows with extra cushions. # An amazing city & jungle view from the huge windows, specially designed for you to sit & feel the calmness of the mountains and rejuvenate in a clean environment. # This unit has a unique morrocon design & has upcycled a lot of construction materials, making it environment friendly. # Shimla Gypsy's, Attic is designed with a lot of love & dedication, so we would request our guests to maintain it with the same love & care. # One has to climb down 2 stories & further climb up 2 stories to reach - The Attic, so please keep that in mind before confirming your stay with us.
Guest access: Guest have full access to this Attic on top of our house. Includes a bedroom with 360° view & sky view + attached washroom + Fully functional kitchen with Utensils + A study corner + Balcony + Parking for both 2 & 4 wheeler. We have tried to provide all the essentials and basics that one may require while using the house.
Other things to note We have dedicated local staff for different sets of work. Change of linens can be done before 11 am during your stay. After that, the cleaning of the house will start. You may also request to book a home-cooked breakfast with the family at an additional cost if you want. Timings: 8:30 am to 10:30 am Served in the dining area. Meals cooked in our kitchen are all vegetarian and are prepared by the chef of the house.
All our home-cooked food is made in Mustard oil & Cow ghee, specially sourced from neighbouring local villages. We avoid use of refined oils.
Lunch and Dinner are usually outsourced from a reliable and renowned place. Pre-booking is required.
