Living Room The Living Room of this modern 3rd floor penthouse (No Lift) is fitted with leather sofa set, coffee table, LED TV with cable connection. It also has its own fitted bar and bar stools. The living room has stainless steel staircase leading to the next floor bedrooms and roof top garden.

Bedrooms All are furnished with a double bed, dressing table, mirror, stool and Wardrobes. Two bedrooms have French windows leading onto the balcony with chairs and coffee table. One bedroom is adjacent to the roof top terrace garden.

Kitchen The kitchen dining area is open plan having dining table and chairs, Refrigerator, Microwave, 4 ring gas stove, electric kettle, and comes fully equipped.

Roof Top Garden 2 sun lounges, Table and chairs and Water fountain. The covered part of terrace has ceiling fan, three piece teakwood sofa set and chairs, coffee table, and cupboard with sink unit, washing machine.

The Benaulim beach is 4-5 minutes by car and 15-17 minutes walk from the penthouse. On the way to the beach there are Shops, ATM, Bank, Bar Restaurants, German Bakery, Taxis, Bike Hire and Super market.
