How much does Airhomestays charge?

Host pays a commission of 12% of the booking subtotal. The subtotal is nightly price plus any optional fees charged from guests, such as a cleaning fee, and it doesn’t include Airhomestays fees and taxes. Guests do not pay any service fee on booking subtotal. Airhomestays only charge from the hosts.

So, if host is charging Rs 1,000 a night for a 3-night stay, plus Rs 600 for a cleaning fee, booking subtotal is Rs 3,600. The Host service fee, which is generally 12% of your booking subtotal (Rs 432), is deducted from your earnings, and we do not charge any service fee from the customer.

In this example:

• Host will earn Rs 3,168
• Guest would pay Rs 3,600+GST

Airhomestays service fees are competitive, and we don’t charge for payment processing. This allows Hosts to keep a larger portion of their earnings.
