Where to Report?
To report any dispute or disagreement hosts and customers can requests Airhomestays by sending us email on admin@airhomestays.com or by calling our customer-care.
If a Host and Guest Can’t Reach an Agreement they can ask Airhomestays to mediate.
Mediation Process:
- An Airhomestays representative will review all the provided information.
- They may ask additional questions before making a final decision.
This process ensures that disputes are resolved fairly and efficiently.
