This luxury villa is situated in the Kandivali East area of Mumbai.
Please note that only families and business traveler groups are welcome. No bachelor parties or partygoers are allowed.
The villa features two spacious internal living areas, a gourmet kitchen, and a terrace, making it the perfect retreat for tranquil relaxation between city excursions.
It boasts exquisite standards and a beautiful private covered swimming pool in the shaded area.
THE SPACE
The kitchen is fully equipped with two chefs and top-of-the-line appliances.
Bedroom 1 features a king-size bed, an en-suite bathroom with a standalone shower, a TV, a desk, and access to a small balcony.
Bedroom 2 includes a queen-size bed, a television, and access to a separate bathroom.
Bedroom 3 is furnished with two single beds, a television, and offers a view of the garden. It also has an en-suite bathroom with a standalone shower.
The fourth bedroom contains a round-shaped bed with an LED TV and AC, along with an attached bathroom.
Each bedroom has its own attached bathroom, and there is also a shared bathroom adjoining the living room. All bathrooms are well-appointed, complete with private showers and storage areas. We cater to guests from both overseas and local regions, so our bathrooms are stocked with amenities suitable for all.
Hair dryers are provided in each bathroom, just in case you forget to bring your own.
For added security, we have 24/7 working CCTV cameras. To ensure contactless check-in, we use a mobile tablet. Additionally, we offer a 2-car parking space for your convenience if you arrive by car.
• Guests cannot invite other guests and day visitors during their stay.
• Personal Chef (24*7) will be there stays in the kitchen for Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner.
• Bachelor groups & stag parties are not allowed.
• Consumption of alcohol is permitted only within limits.
• It is not permissible to play music at a high volume on a speaker and cause a disturbance to the community or neighbouring individuals
• Illegal activities including but not limited to carrying/consuming drugs/narcotics and carrying firearms/weapons are prohibited on the property. Management reserves the right to report any such activities to local authorities.
• Guests are prohibited from setting up hookahs in the rooms/Apartment
• Management is not responsible for loss, theft or damage to any items.
• As required by law, every guest above 18 years must carry government-approved photo ID proof, that shows address. We accept only Aadhar Cards, Driving Licenses and Passports.
• As per management booking policy, caretaker will assist to lift 2 bags per person (weight up to 20kg per bag) to bring in and drop at the apartment entrance. Additional weight of the luggage or extra number of bags may needs to be pay to caretaker.
• We don't have luggage room to keep or leave bags after check out.
• As a guest staying in Mumbai, it's important to understand that the city is known for heavy rainfall and insect and mosquito as they enter from Window When we open.
• While the host will do their best to minimize any contact with these pests during your stay, it's important to note that encountering them does not constitute a breach of your agreement or entitle you to a refund or rental adjustment.
• Additionally, due to the harsh weather conditions in Mumbai, such as heavy rainstorms and cyclones, it's possible for water to seep into the unit and damage wall paint, resulting in patches or peeling. Please note that this does not qualify for a refund claim, as repairs are difficult to make during the rainy season.
• If you have any issues with your unit, please report them to the hosts immediately. They will do their best to restore the unit to an acceptable condition within a reasonable amount of time. However, issues that do not prevent suitable and habitable occupancy of the unit will not qualify for a refund or rental adjustment.
