Daily One BHK Apartment SA1 with breakfast under CP Plan: with one-bedroom, independent modular kitchen, one-bathroom, shared lobby and shared terrace garden. All our apartments are fully furnished and equipped with almost everything. We live on the ground floor while this accommodation is available on the 1st floor.
The apartment is fully furnished and equipped with almost everything required in our day to life. Lot of glass & teak wood has been used in the construction of the house. It is very open house. Hence, natural sun light and air comes to the house.
The bedroom has king size bed with hard mattress, wardrobe, computer working table, routers (two) in the room, 1.5 tons split AC, fans, ventilation fans, curtains, 43” smart LED TV with OTT channels, smoke alarms, first aid box, fire extinguisher, Fridge, inverter. Wi-Fi is high speed and there are two connections.
Extra mattresses can be provided for extra guests. It is a floor mattress and we can provide bedsheets, comforter or blanket, pillow and extra towel.
In this apartment there is an independent modular kitchen. We have provided utensils, crockery, appliances, tea pot, kettle, fridge, gas stove with 4 burners and gas, cooking pots, pressure cooker.
There is also attached bathroom with geyser, bidet, mirror, shower, paper roll.
Lobby is shared and it has dining table with 6 chairs, washer-drying machines, ironing table.
Attached to this room there is also, a terrace garden on the 1st floor.
Everything is well sanitized. It is really home within home.
Following amenities and services are available under CP plan. We do not serve breakfast and do not provide laundry under EP plan.
1. King Size bed with hard mattress. 2. Breakfast is included under CP Plan only. Under EP plan, it is not included. 3. Lunch and dinner are not included either under CP or EP plans. 4. Electricity and cooking gas are included in this pricing both for CP and EP plans. 5. Full Size wardrobe and computer working table in the room with the chair. 6. Split AC, 1.5 Tons installed in the room. 7. Ceiling fans, ventilator fand are installed everywhere. 8. Room has 43” smart TV which works on OTT platform and also, normal channels. It works with internet. 9. High speed internet connections is in the room. There are two (2) connections and 2 routers. 10. Kitchen has utensils, crockery, appliances, cooking pots, cooking gas, stove with 4 burners. 11. Each apartment has tea pot, electric kettle, toaster, hot water bottle for winter, umbrella, thermos flask. 12. There is fridge in the room too. 13. Bathroom has geyser, hot & cold water, showers, bidet, sink. 14. Each apartment has its own inverter. 15. Fire extinguisher, smoke alarms, carbon mono oxide alarms are installed everywhere except in the bathroom and kitchen. 16. Lobby has dining table with 6 chairs. 17. Lobby has washer, dryer, ironing table with iron. 18. We also have gas grill to barbeque veg and non-veg. There are charges for using this grill. 19. Limited laundry is only included under CP plan. Guests those who have booked room under EP plan can avail laundry by paying extra money. Rate card is in each room. 20. Maid comes every day to make bed, mopping floor, cleaning utensils and carry out some other work. 21. GST @ 12% will be charged at the checkout.
